It requires about 3-5 treatments in at least 4-6 weeks to gain the best results. Results are dependent on hair thickness, the area treated, and the hair’s growth cycle.
Treatments are safe and comfortable. A topical gel will be applied to your skin before the treatments. The BBL energy is then delivered with a cooling applicator, and there is minimal to no discomfort. Your skincare professional can glide the applicator on the skin or stamp it on depending on the location and size of the area being treated. Some patients have said they experience a warm or stinging sensation during the treatment. For your safety, your eyes will be protected with safety glasses. Personal sensitivity varies from patient to patient. Please consult with your clinician about your sensitivity issues before treatments.
Treatment time depends on your hair and skin types, plus the size of the treatment area. A small area only takes a few moments, and a large area can take 15 minutes or longer. However, Forever BBL treatments are very comfortable and have virtually no downtime. You can resume your normal daily activities almost immediately after treatment.
After your BBL treatment, you might experience redness. Redness does go away in a few hours. You may also experience some regrowth of hair about a week after treatment. These are the hairs being shed due to your Forever Bare BBl treatment. They are not growing back. You will only need minimal aftercare. Your skincare professional will give you more information and an aftercare plan you should follow. Do avoid direct sun exposure and use sunscreen.
