We’re so glad you’re here. At GLO, we’re committed to providing personalized care in a private, welcoming environment. To ensure a smooth and relaxed experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. This allows time to complete any necessary paperwork and settle in. If you’re running late, please call us at 248.759.5152. While we’ll do our best to accommodate you, significant delays may require us to reschedule your appointment in fairness to all clients. 

 

Reserving Your Spot

Securing Your Appointment – Deposits & Payments
To provide the best experience for every client, we reserve appointment times exclusively for you. A deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment:

  • The deposit will be applied toward your service total at checkout.

  • If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to move your deposit as long as we receive at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we strive to honor your time—and ours.

Need to Reschedule? Our Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another client. When cancellations happen last-minute or appointments are missed entirely, it impacts our team and other clients—thank you for understanding our need for the following guidelines:

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice:

    • First time: Your deposit will be forfeited.

    • Second time: A fee of $100 for esthetician services or $200 for injectable services will apply.

    • Third time: A fee of 50% of your scheduled service will be charged.

  • Missed Appointments (No-shows):

    • First time: A fee of 50% of your scheduled service will be charged.

    • Second time: A fee of 100% of your scheduled service will be charged.

  • Running Late?
    If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your visit and apply the cancellation fee to honor our schedule and other clients’ time.

  • Outstanding Fees
    If your card on file is declined when a cancellation fee is processed, future bookings will be paused until the fee is settled.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

We’re happy to help you adjust your appointment when needed! To avoid any cancellation fees, please contact us by phone or text at least 24 hours in advance.

Kindly note that email and social media messages are not accepted for cancellations or rescheduling, as we may not see them in time to make changes to the schedule.

Exceptions
We understand that unexpected things happen. In the event of a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We're committed to being understanding and will review each situation on a case-by-case basis.

What to Expect at Check-Out

Payment is collected at the time of your visit. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards, and we’re happy to offer financing options through Cherry to make your experience even more accessible.

While we are not able to accept insurance, we’re happy to offer flexible financing through Cherry, making it easy to manage payments and invest in your care with confidence.
